  1. ResTools is a Resource Compiler/Decompiler Environment. It is
  2. intended to be a "poor man's" Rez/DeRez. Resource descriptions are
  3. entered in text windows or read in from files. Windows can then be
  4. compiled. Any descriptions or changes made in the windows can be saved.
  5. The syntax of the resources supported by ResTools is very close to that 
  6. of the MPW resource products. Resource descriptions from one should 
  7. work in the other with few or no changes.
